Pattern isn't even close to being as important as quiet. I'd probably rank it, 1. How Quiet is it. 2. Comfort for the condition you are hunting. 3. Gear pockets and such.

WEBJan 20, 2020 · I also use chlorophyll tablets, or chew gum for my breath, spray down my bow, arrows once or twice a year, and spray my boots. I used to wash my boots 4-6 times a year as well, but have stopped doing that and just spray. I don't wear my hunting boots in the truck or to get gas, or to run errands, or shovel snow. I put them on out in the field.

WEBSep 23, 2009 · I use just plain ole cotton camo bibs and and a cotton camo shirt. I pick up a few stick tights along the way, but I consider that part of the deal. A good way to get em off is to scrape em with a knife if you are wearing a low knap material like plain ole cotton. I just lay em flat and use the knife to scrape them off.

WEBSep 11, 2006 · Before I started using all the scent free/cover scent stuff, I used to just wash my clothes with everything else, but then I would hang them outside for 2-4 weeks before hunting in them. Seems like I used to see just as many deer then as i do now, but that was a long time ago and my memory isn't that great, so who knows.
