What a fun find this was! We ended up spending the night in Chester, found out it was the home of Popeye, looked up things to do and found this little museum. So cute and so much nostalgia for people… Full review by xoxoxomc
I think it might be, but it was about a year ago when I was there. It would be a good idea to contact them directly for their current hours. Good luck!
