Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will properly introduce Shadow, and theres little doubt that the upcoming sequel will nail this fan-favorite game character.

The third Sonic the Hedgehog movie will be speeding into theaters just in time for Christmas this year. Months ahead of the release, the threequel was given some added hype by franchise composer Tom Holkenborg, aka Junkie XL.

We're still several months away from the theatrical release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, but at least one lucky person got a chance to see the movie early: Tom "JunkieXL" Holkenborg. Holkenborg was the composer on the first two Sonic films,

One of these individuals happens to be the composer Tom Holkenborg (who you might also know as JunkieXL ). In a recent interview with Collider, he spoke a little bit about the final product, calling it "really interesting" and "exciting":

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will feature a showdown between Sonic and Shadow, but I hope the sequel doesnt ignore a great element of the first two movies.
