Pipeline fire update: Flames still going near Spencer Highway on border of Deer Park and La Porte 48 hours after explosion
The fire ignited around 10 a.m. Monday after a vehicle crashed into an above-ground pipeline valve off Spencer Highway, according to investigators. Two days later, it's smaller, but still going.
