With an expected launch in January 2025, Samsung’s Galaxy S family will again set the smartphone tone for the first half of the year. It looks like Samsung is preparing a significant update for the S25 family in general and the Galaxy S25 Ultra in particular. Why else would you give it the internal codename of “paradigm”?

Several images surfaced over the weekend from noted leaker Ice Universe showing off an alleged Galaxy S25 Ultra case. Based on what's there, it looks like the Galaxy S25 Ultra will ditch the sharp corners of the Galaxy S24 Ultra and adopt a more rounded design that's more comfortable to hold in your hand.

After months of rumours to this effect, prolific leaker Ice Universe has posted some images on X that are purportedly of an early prototype case for the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra, which should arrive early next year.

Other Galaxy S25 Ultra specs are likely a durable titanium design, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 AI chipset, improved cameras, more RAM, and continue with the S-Pen, IP68 resistance, and fast 45W charging, to name a few.

For reference, the Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with a 200 MP wide + 10 MP telephoto + 50 MP periscope + 12 MP ultrawide camera setup that's capable of up to 5x optical zoom.
