While reporting financial results for the second quarter on Thursday, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (GIII) raised its adjusted earnings

Shares of G-III Apparel Group (NASDAQ:GIII) were catapulted to a 3-month-high, snapping resistance at the 200-day moving average as the company’s improved profitability coupled with raised EPS outlook for FY25 and new licensing agreement for Converse (NKE) offset soft Q2 sales and underwhelming revenue guidance for the fiscal year.

For fiscal 2025, G-III said it is expecting sales of $3.2 billion, compared with the $3.2 billion analysts are looking for. It expects to have 2025 adjusted earnings of $3.95 to $4.05 a share, with analysts forecasting earnings of $3.66 a share.

G-III Apparel Group (GIII) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.52 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.28 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.40 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.
