CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The woman accused of stabbing three-year-old Julian Wood to death in the parking lot of the North Olmsted Giant Eagle store was found incompetent to stand trial at this time. Judge John Russo did order Bionca Ellis to receive in-patient care at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare to see if she can be restored to competency.
