The Tarrant County commissioners voted to approve raises of about 3% for themselves and Sheriff Bill Waybourn on Tuesday. Both County Judge Tim O’Hare and Sheriff Waybourn earn $217,952 a year. Effective Oct. 1, their annual salaries will be $224,191, a raise of 2.86%.

County commissioners will make about $214,000 a year, and the county judge will make about $224,000 after a 3% raise.

FORT WORTH – The Tarrant County Commissioners Court reversed course Thursday, voting to approve 51 early voting sites in the county after voting down a similar proposal last week.
